Submarine

Bathyscaphe or Submarine – We heartily recommend this excursion from Sharm Sheikh to tourists who travel with children or for people who cannot swim. This is an opportunity to show a child (sometimes for the first time) the underwater world of the Red Sea and open to adults an understanding of how beautiful and colorful the underwater world is, which can be an excellent motivation to overcome the fear of water. Children like even the very atmosphere of the submarine and is perceived as an adventure. If you are planning to teach your child to snorkel, this will be an additional motivation.

To begin with, it is useful to look at the underwater world from the window of a submarine and see what an amazing world is very close and see and consider, it will overcome all doubts!

The quality and diversity of corals, marine flora and fauna of the Red Sea is unrivaled in the Northern Hemisphere.

Coral reefs stretching along the entire Egyptian coast are a kind of life center that attracts many fish that you see from the board of the underwater part of the Bathyscaphe or, in other words, the Submarine. The variety of forms of coral is striking, which can be round, flat, branched, as well as have other fantastic shapes and colors – from pale yellow and pink to brown and blue. But only living corals retain their color, after death they lose their soft integumentary tissues and only a white calcium skeleton remains.

Bottlenose dolphins, various species of striped dolphin and killer whales are widespread in the Red Sea. It is quite possible to meet underwater and with a green turtle. Echinoderms live on the seabed – sea cucumbers.

Excursion program Bathyscaphe or Submarine:

Transfer picks up from the hotel at 09:00 – 10:30 – 12:00 and 14:00 (optional) and brings to the pier.

After you have settled comfortably in the seats by the panoramic windows, the submarine sets sail and your little adventure begins!

During the excursion, you will see sea urchins with sharp needles, a stingray, brightly colored fish (butterfly fish, surgeon, Napoleon, clown and many others), and if you are lucky – a big sea turtle! The Russian-speaking guide will tell you about many other marine life you have seen.

All participants of the trip will be offered a glass of soft drink (included in the price.)

On this excursion, you and your child will learn a lot of interesting things about the inhabitants of the Red Sea.

At the end of the tour, our driver will take you back to your hotel.
