Night ascent to the highest mountain of the Sinai Peninsula, where, according to legend, the prophet Moses received the 10 commandments.

In the morning after breakfast you will visit the oldest Christian monastery of the Sinai Peninsula – the monastery of St. Catherine.

Get the chance to see the mesmerizing sunrise at 7,000 feet on Mount Moses. This night hike will take you on a relaxing journey under the stars to the place where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments. Also on this trip, visit the oldest continuously inhabited Christian monastery – St. Catherine’s Monastery.

Meet your guide at your hotel and head to Mount Moses, the summit of which serves as a sacred meeting place for the religions of Islam, Christianity and Judaism. Once you’ve climbed the mountain, you’ll begin your journey to the top with an amazingly relaxing hike under the stars. For those who do not want to climb, the opportunity to ride a camel is available as an additional service at the top.

After sunrise, descend the mountain and head to St. Catherine’s Monastery, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its cultural and scenic significance. The monastery is the oldest continuously inhabited Christian monastery, with a history spanning over 17 centuries.
